If you follow the Store’s blog you’ll know I am completely obsessed with the Prince Charming line of fabric by Tula Pink. For the past year or so I’ve been decorating my bathroom with a new shower curtain and then followed it up with a pretty bathmat. Today I introduce to you the Prince Charming Wall Art!
I think I love this fabric so much because of the beautiful shade of turquoise that she uses (my favorite color) and all the critters she’s hidden in the design. Do you see the snail?
There’s also frogs, butterflies, turtles and a girl on a swing woven throughout the other designs. It’s just beautiful.
To create my trio of art I bought some simple wood embroidery hoops and stretched the fabric over it. Simple as that! It really looks great next to the shower curtain and since there’s a lot of white space around the hoops it really seems to brighten up the bathroom.
Sadly, I’m not quite done with this fabric. Besides the Crepe dress I made last summer, I’m working on a Spring jacket – which I’ll reveal soon.
Happy Sewing!
